No kidding! It's like this entire city forgets how to drive in an orderly fashion when either 1) It rains or 2) a Steelers game is going on. Its odd.

In Sacramento, we got the rain thing to, but at least we didn't turn into Mindless Drones when the Kings were playing. Sheesh.
